They are banning them, the cost to get new accounts though isn't that big so they are just doing that. I don't think it had to do with Viscidus specifically (and actually lots of alliance guilds have killed him) but more with the freedom to design more encounters like him without having to worry that one faction will have a 10X harder time doing it.

No wai, an orc in high level armor is truly very majestic and intimidating. The orc in there is wearing stuff from level 30 instances, propably the ugliest you can get too (herod's shoulders, eek).

I didn't like warhammer ones because they seemed a bit stupid. And way too fat.
