Depends where you play too, I was spammed a lot on AD too, it isn't that bad in eonar.

And no, they don't ban gold buyers. They might take the gold back, but well, if they did half the naxx guilds would have quit so I don't think that happens either.

They are banning them, the cost to get new accounts though isn't that big so they are just doing that. I know I have seen bots suddenly 'missing' from their spot, they just get a new one there after a while. Plus it's possible the spam comes from other accounts. Someone even made a documentary about...

Group purge...I loved daoc with all my heart, but the farther away I get from the game, the more I think whoever was in charge of class balance really sucked at his job. Mythic's design of class system and balance was totally out of place and imo one of the biggest reasons the game lost its playerba...

I am not playing anymore, but still visit pryd.net. Is there any way to see really old topics like the 2002-2003 threads before the forum transfer? I so loved the old drama :( Give start of rvr groups/NP flame threads to the public! Cloudsong/GoV threads! (I don't even remember what GoV means :P). E...

I don't think it had to do with Viscidus specifically (and actually lots of alliance guilds have killed him) but more with the freedom to design more encounters like him without having to worry that one faction will have a 10X harder time doing it.

For the lore and story it's certainly very debatable. From a gameplay pov, it's a pretty good move. It was done mostly with pve in mind, so that Blizzard doesn't have to actually design encounters with 2 different factions in mind, to aleviate some of the boredom of playing a pally/shaman in pve (be...

I am on AD alliance too Nana, who's your character and what guild? :P And Xest, I think you might have been trying to level in one area specifically and run out of quests, after level 10 there are 2-3 areas that are at the same level and you will run out of quests unless you visit 2 of those at leas...

Orcs in wow aren't supposed to be stupid or anything like that, they are supposed to be pretty honorable, cunning and proud, definitely not stupid. Propably the most loved fiction character in wow is an orc. And if you have seen a high warlord warrior orc and still think it's looking like a clown, w...

No wai, an orc in high level armor is truly very majestic and intimidating. The orc in there is wearing stuff from level 30 instances, propably the ugliest you can get too (herod's shoulders, eek).

I didn't like warhammer ones because they seemed a bit stupid. And way too fat.
