The reason why it's not used on FH is cause the majority of the forumusers doesn't even know it's there. It's a tiiiiny green square below someone's name and an unrecognisable button to approve of someone's post. Here the rating has a more prominent place on every post and gets noticed.

Ofc not, how can something that isn't used make a difference to posting? Comparing this system to the one on FH is a flawed arguement since, well the system on FH is practically non-existant really.
