Forum Setup

I have setup this public forum and also a private forum. The private forum can only be seen by those in the Celtic Leaf Army usergroup.

I have set horlely, behmoth, bluevixen and asq as usergroup leaders. To join the usergroup, apply at

http://www.prydwen.net/profile.php?do=editusergroups

or

http://www.pryd.net/profile.php?do=editusergroups

depending on URL.

You can also get to the page using usercp -> group memberships.

Applications must be confirmed by a usergroup leader using the same page before the user is added to the usergroup.

I have also set the 4 usergroup leaders as moderators of both of the forums, so they can stickie/lock threads etc.
