Account problem

I have a friend whom is returing to DAoC though he has a rather interesting problem.

Since it's been a year and a half since he last played he updated his profile since his email isn't valid anymore. The problem? In order open up his subscription he needs to reply to an email sent confirm the changes he has done, of course the confirmation emal was sent to his old email account, which now is dead since about a year ago...

Any idea what he can do?

subscription@goa.com

email there and they will take it from there.. with asking for other details to confirm he/she is the original owner of the account.
