Deleting emails...

Does anyone have any advice regarding an annoying thing I get when I try to delete emails from my "Deleted Items" folder?

Basically, if I spot any junk mail, I immediately send it to my "Deleted Items" folder. I then delete the contents of the folder. Most of the time it works fine, but every now and then I get the message "The server does not support manual deletion of messages. Your "Deleted Items" folder might be emptied periodically". This message really irritates me, because surely it should be my right to delete messages when I want. Usually, after about a day, I'm able to delete the messages.

Anyone know of a fix for this please?

happens to me an all that.. i came to the conclusion its when u try and rush it, meaning try and delete them before outlook has finished checking for mail and downloading stuff.. summt i care not alot about tbh gandy.. i just wait till i check again ad then do it not really a problem is it now... hehe
