ML 9 Spymaster and Viper RR?

Does anyone know if Viper affects the ML9 Mezz poison in any way? i.e. does it improve the duration of the Mezz?

It should do but i've seen no hard evidence that it does to be honest, i've have tryed it and i don't see a difference :s
