Could someone explain me again why i have to w8 more then 6 month's before one of my character's will be restored and why others got it restored much faster? I don't see what's the differance between my char and someone who got it restored month's ago and tbh i'm getting upset about it now...

yep still in same boat, i reported within a week of the crash as well. <sighs>

I reported two accounts within 10 minutes of each other, the tuesday after the crash. One got fixed over a month ago. The other is still waiting. Such logic.

(oh yeah, I reported both with one email address attached to two accounts, so they will probably hide behind that. Im sure they cannot see that all named characters are on the account I want fixed)

Maybe they will be ready after my break, maybe I will never return.

The reason others are getting restored faster is becuase they cant do it ALL at once, there not super humans u know (an dont u dare crack a joke about "they should be" cus its not funny an jus plain annoying, its bin said amillion an 1 times by now)

Look, they are actually working on the item restoration, i got my items back there yesterday... (well.. kinda) and they are workin there ass's off to get the list done.

Even tho i ask Raquiel and goa themselves to put me on the end of the list of ppl, so when i got my items back i could march my ass onto pryd.net and make a big thread saying "ITS DONE, ITS OVER, NOW LEAVE IT" but no... goa in there infanite wisdom actually did mine faster then i had exspected (witch im not complaining about but there u go)

END result is, GOA are NOT made of super humans, they cant do it all at once

I waited till the end of October to report my naked bain as i was under the impression things would be sorted sooner rather than later ( http://www.pryd.net/showthread.php?t=4010 ) & it wasnt really an issue for me, it still isnt a big problem but ive heard nothing since the first auto reply i got.

Ive also reactivated old accounts since the crash & ive lost stuff on other toons as well, dont think ill bother reporting any more though.

I appreciate all things take time & i understand all about the man hours involved, that still doesnt mean that this doesnt suck, because it does. If i'd lost any items on any or all of my main toons i would have quit.

Really feel for some of you guys still waiting
